The shampoo and body wash situation left me baffled because there was only one product. Such amazing hotel deserves better bathroom products. The guy at the reception at night shift was helpful however, he prepared my breakfast because I had to leave early.

the location was excellent it was close to the main square. the staff were friendly and helpful which was nice. i found the room clean and airy i liked that.

the air conditioning did not work as it should have done. the window blinds were not good for blocking sunlight. i woke up early because of this the room was too small too.

the staff was very friendly and professional . the business center was useful because i needed to print documents. i found the breakfast to be very good plus the bar served good drinks.

the breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! it was so close to the park and the market. getting to the trains and bus stations was a short walk too. the location was really convenient!

The pillows were not comfortable at all. They felt very formless! the mattress was hard. i asked for alternative pillows, but they couldn't provide them. the views were also unimpressive.
